We are Cameron and Chelsea – owners of Clacton Kayaks and Clacton Kayak Rental.
Kayaking is a hobby that we have both enjoyed for many years. We love the social aspect and the many health benefits that it offers.
We decided to set up Clacton Kayaks to share our passion for kayaking with others in the local area.

Returns Policy
Returning goods policy
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
Returning in person: Online orders can be returned for free locally with our Click & Collect service. Returning by post: We can provide a pre-paid label to print at home and the direct cost of return delivery (£3.50) will be deducted from your refund, or you can pay your courier of choice directly to post the item back to our address provided.
The refund due will be credited to the purchaser’s payment method within 5 working days of our receipt of the returned goods. If returned items were part of a promotional offer, or e-vouchers were used, the amount refunded may be reduced.
